    Suddenly in London on Friday, November 6, 2015, Maria (Petrenko) Kozlowski in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Michael Kozlowski (2011). Dear mother of Irene Mischkinis (the late Nicolas) and Helen Liabotis (V. Rev. Stelios). Loved Babushka of Damian, Thais, Maria (Michael), Kathrine (James) and Nikolai and great Babushka of Emily. Dear sister of Michael Petrenko (Katrina), Nicholas Isyumov (Lana) and sister-in-law of John Busigin. Predeceased by her sister Tatiana Busigin. Also missed by many nieces, nephews and their families. Friends will be received by the family from 5-7 pm on Monday, November 9, 2015 at the Russian Orthodox Church of Christ the Saviour, 140 Fairview Avenue, London ON N6C 4T8, with Requiem being served at 7 pm. The funeral liturgy will be conducted at 10 am followed by the funeral service at 11:30 am, on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 with The Very Reverend Vladimir Morin officiating.     Passed away at her residence on Friday, November 6, 2015, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Maarten. Loving mother of Bram (Jenny) de Vos, Gary (Bernice) de Vos, Marion (Mark) Robinson, and Ron (Laurie Fisher) de Vos. Cherished Oma of 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Predeceased by 3 brothers, 1 sister, 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Friends will be received by family at A.     Harrington, Douglas E, formerly of Dorchester, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 5, 2015, at his London residence, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Marion (Wilson) Harrington for 67 years. Cherished father of Michael Harrington and his wife Rebecca, Ken Harrington, and Bev Brown and her husband Bill. Predeceased by his brother Donald Harrington and his sister Betty Campbell. Also loved by his grandchildren, Laura, John (Gillian), David, Chris, Michelle (Ryan), Ashley (Josh), and his great-grandchildren, Eric, Nathan, Ava, Dylan, Riley and Lexie. He was a Navy veteran of WWII, the Korean War, and was an active member of Sea Cadets on the M.V. Rhea. Friends will be received by the family from 11am – 1pm on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel at 1 pm., with Rev. Andrea Ahlers officiating.     Surrounded by his family at Victoria Hospital, London, on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, Jerry Adams in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Fran (Cornelisse) Adams for 37 years. Proud father of Dawn Holland (Jamie) of Indiana, Dan Adams (Michelle) of Michigan and Jodie Adams (Harmony Ake) of Indiana. Predeceased by his step-daughter Kim Mongrain (2007). Dear father-in-law of Caroll Mongrain. Cherished grandpa “Pappa” of Brandon, Brendan, Rylee, Corbin, Connor, Eric, and Danielle. Dear brother of Sunny Richardson (Gord), Stan Adamski (Dianne) and Ron Adamski (Holly). Also missed by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.     In celebration of Ron Few, who fought abdominal cancer with courage, dignity and a sense of humour. Ron passed away on Monday, November 2, 2015 at University Hospital, London, in his 77th year. Partner ‘in life and business’ of Jane Few. Very proud father of Alysa. Loving brother of David & Pauline. Son-in-law of Jeanne (late Len) and WIFL in-law to Reg & Jone, Gord & Penny, Ron (late Grace) & Sue, Sam, Glenn, Steven & Heather. Well respected uncle to JoAnne, Deb, Rob, James, Dana, Evan, Lindz, Cierra, Nick, Britt, Chad, Connor & Caroline. Great-uncle to three and dear “Gampa” to his five grandpuppies. Predeceased by his parents David & Beryl. Always with a story to tell, an opinion to give and a golf club in hand. Ron will be missed by his many golfing buddies. At Ron’s request, a Celebration of Life is being held on Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 1:00-3:00 pm at West Haven Golf and Country Club in London.     Passed away peacefully, with family at her side, on Friday, October 30, 2015, at Victoria Hospital, in her 88th year. Loving best friend and partner of the late Wesley McDonald. Mother of (late Solange), Sonia (Wade) Peever, Rudy (Audrey) De Bie, Germaine De Bie, Terry De Bie, Sandra (Richard Earle) Carroll and Zara (Jay Edgar) Kimball. Cherished Meme of 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by dear friends Betty MaGee and Helen Webster. Fondly remembered by extended family and many friends and neighbours. A Special Thanks to ICU RN Lillian, as well as a heartfelt thanks to all of the doctors and nurses at Victoria Hospital.

    Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, after a lengthy illness, on Friday October 30, 2015, Gordon Leonard Jacklin passed away in his 78th year. Dearly loved husband of Carol for over 50 years. Dear father of Ian of California and Mary of London. Loving grandfather of Breven and Tayvin. Gord was a man of assorted passions, all with a common thread of neatness and organization. He loved playing the church organ, which he did for over 45 years at churches in London and beyond. He taught for 35 years with the Thames Valley District School Board (again including music). At home, Gord’s passion for precision showed in the huge jigsaw puzzles he completed, and in his immaculately organized tool collection in labeled pharmacy drawers. The planning and coordination provided by the staff and management of the CCAC & VON was most appreciated. Special thanks to Steve, his PSW Maureen, Katherina and many nurses who visited Gord allowing him to stay in his home till the end. A very sincere thank you to Dr. Don Farquahar and Pam Wilton for their gentle care and concern throughout the last several years of Gord’s illness. A huge thank you to Rev. Kevin George and Pat Ferguson, our parish nurse, for their love and support for Gord. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Aidan’s Anglican Church, 1246 Oxford Street West, on Thursday November 5, 2015 at 11 am. Visitation will take place one hour prior. The Reverend Canon Dr. Kevin George officiating. Cremation has taken place. Private Family interment at a later date.     HOLME, Harry…..

    The family of Harry is deeply saddened to announce his death at Victoria Hospital, London, on Monday, October 26, 2015 at the age of 84. Predeceased by his wife Gladys (Henry) Holme (1993), and his parents Henry and Rosina (Long) Holme. He was the last surviving member of 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Harry is survived by his loving children, Brian and Betty Holme, Bruce and Sue Holme and Carol and Barry McBurney. He leaves behind his dear grandchildren, Nicole, Michael and Jessica Holme, Courtney and Matthew Spurgeon and Erin Holme, Kristy, Bradley and Jeffrey McBurney. Also surviving are his great-grandchildren, Connor Holme, Alexander and Carson Spurgeon. He was a kind man who was greatly respected by the horse community at Western Fair for the memories he created in photographs at the track, the classic car clubs, and many other special events with his dear friend and associate Violet Ladich. Friends will be received by the family from 6-8 pm, on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London.     FLANNIGAN, Raymond……..
    Passed away at home on October 24, 2015, at the age of 66 years, following a lengthy illness. In the UK he is survived by his loving daughter Lisa, son-in-law Ian Douglas and two beautiful granddaughters, Bethany and Annabel. Predeceased by his parents Rosemary and John Flannigan. Forever remembered and missed by his close friend Ruth Couture and his many other friends both here and in the UK. Born in Margate, England he started his work career as a bookkeeper, but, due to his fleet-footedness, was soon recruited to play football (soccer) for Reading F.C. He immigrated to Canada where he worked as a mason and also played football for London City F.C. and various other teams. His passions were football, horse racing and loud music. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 2-4pm at the London Portuguese Club, 134 Falcon Street. In lieu of flowers, consider donations to the Ontario Lung Association or London Humane Society.
