Obituary
JORGE, Antónia…… Passed away at the London Parkwood Hospital on March 16, 2016 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of Francisco Jorge. Loving mother of Paul and Olga Jorge, and Mary and Philip Gordon. Cherished grandmother of Rebekah Lee Jorge and Rachel Marie Jorge. Many thanks to VON and for the compassionate care provided by the nurses in the Parkwood Palliative Care unit. Special thanks to the many supportive friends from the Westminster Park, Highland and other congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses in the area. She ran the race to the finish and now rests in Jehovah’s memory awaiting her reward of faithfulness in Paradise. Friends will be received by the family at A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street, South, London, on Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 9:30-10:30am, where the service will be held at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Dear sister Antónia, you are now in Jehovah’s memory book, waiting for resurrection, as his faithful servant. Time and time again I remember Job 14: 13-15, where we are reminded that Jehovah will call & and our loved ones that passed will answer, because he longs for the work of his own hands, as we also do.
I pray that Jehovah continues to strengthen the family while going through this difficult time.
