Peacefully at Chateau Gardens, London on Monday, May 24, 2010, Elaine J. (Kennedy, Lang) Sanderson in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late George Sanderson (1996) and the late Austin “Ozzie” Lang (1986). Survived by her step-daughters Marion Bloye and Georgia Romanchak (Joe) and their children. Predeceased by her brothers James “Ferg”, Colin, David and Archie. Also loved by her nieces and nephews. Friends will be received by the family one hour prior (10:00 -11:00am) to the celebration of Elaine’s life which will be conducted in the chapel of the A. McLellan, Eva Pearle……Peacefully at Dearness Home, London, on Monday, May 24, 2010 E. Pearle (Berry) McLellan in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Earl Harwood McLellan (1988). Dear mother of Grace Frith and her husband Ken of London and the late Connie Dengate (1983). Loved mother-in-law of Wes Dengate and his wife Donna. Proud grandma of 8 grandchildren Bonnie (Jerry) Wallace, Kathy (Don) Naylor, Heather (Bryon) Steckly, Mark Edwards, Tim (Carolyn) Dengate, April Tomen, Scott (Wendy) Edwards, Rob (Shantel) Dengate and 30 great grandchildren and 2 great great granddaughters. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by 3 brothers, Maurice, Graydon and Bruce Berry , 2 sisters Bertha Dunn and Iris in infancy. She was a faithful long time member of the Wortley Baptist Church. She was the youngest child of William Berry and Martha Packham of Lincoln County, Ontario. She and her husband Earl farmed for 37 years in the Belmont area before moving to London in 1974. Friends will be received by the family on Thursday, May 27, 2010 from 7-9 pm at the A. Proud grandmother of Andrew (Andrea), Steven and Kathryn (Nathan), Jennifer and Jeffrey. Dear sister of Ferne Crozier and her husband Colin. Predeceased by her sister Hilda Twamley. Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Kay, her brother-in-law Warren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Elva was a graduate of Stratford Normal School and taught in the Lucknow and London areas. Later in life she excelled as an ESL teacher, gaining many international friends. She was an Honourary member of Calvary UCW and a Charter Member of the Parkwood Hospital Auxillary, serving there for 40 years. Elva was a dedicated sister in her P.E.O. Sorority Chapter.
