    Eileen lost her battle with progressive supranuclear palsy on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of Lloyd Lake for 54 years. Dear mother of Jeff and his wife Trish and Daniel. Cherished nana of Bennett and Brock. Sister of Sandi and Ken Schmidt of Howard, Ohio, Jim and Barb Humphries of Tillsonburg, Ontario and the late Carolyn Courtemanche. Dear niece of Betty and Emil Wydareny. Eileen will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Eileen was a member of the PUC Women’s Basketball League for many years, she also enjoyed spending time walking with her dogs.     Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, August 11, 2017 in her 75th year. Loving wife of Edward “Ted”.  Cherished mother to Gary (Shana), Terry (Sherri) and James (Khay). Devoted nana to Mercedes and to 4 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Beloved sister of Rosanne (Doug) and Ken (the late Doris). Predeceased by her brothers Gord, Jack and Jim and her parents George and Mildred Grover. Jean will also be missed by family and friends. Friends will be received by the family on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the A.     Suddenly, surrounded by family on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Victoria Hospital, London, Ron McPherson passed away in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Jean A. (Webster) McPherson. Loving father of Sharon Raaymaker and her partner Doug Bazeley, Dennis McPherson, Ronald McPherson and his wife Jane, Alan McPherson and his partner Corina, Bruce McPherson and his wife Nicole, Robert McPherson and his partner Lesley. Also loved by his 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Ruth Hall, Joan Williamson and her husband Ken, Rosemary Rodgers and her husband Gary, Penny Foster and her husband Carmen. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Clayton McPherson, brother-in-law’s Roy McKay and George Hall and daughter-in-law Denise McPherson. A special thank you to “Nurse Amy” for all her love and care. Friends are welcomed for visiting one hour prior to the funeral service, (12-1 pm) on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at the A.     It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a wonderful woman on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at the age of 92.  Lois was born in Ottawa, Ontario on September 13, 1924. She is predeceased by her first husband Norval in 1992 and John Williamson in 2007. She leaves behind her two sons Murray and Gary (Eva). Cherished grandma to Alisa, Kathrin (Seba) and Heili (Mikk). Great grand mother to Jaak, Aksel and Matteo. Caring sister to June (Bud), Gail (the late Peter), Diana (Frank) predeceased by Earl (Bobbie), Carl and Joan. A service will be held at  A. Loving husband of Shirley (nee Robb) Burdick of 60 years.  Treasured dad of Steven (Deborah) Burdick, Susan (Richard) Pawsey  and Nickie Burdick.  Dear Papa to Brittany Burdick, Jenessa (Alex) Wright, Marley Burdick, Hope Pawsey and Madison Pawsey. Dear twin brother of Jim Burdick (Shirley) and the late Margaret (Randy) Reiber. Visitation will be held at A.     Sadly, at University Hospital, on Friday, August 4, 2017 from a heart attack, Debra Jean Woods, in her 63rd year. Beloved wife of Ed, best friend to Tru. Deb is survived by many members of both her birth and adoptive families, but is predeceased by both sets of parents. She will also be sadly missed by the Baston family of Faversham, Kent, England; and by the Gough and Goodwin families of Mt. Brydges, Ontario and Amherst, Nova Scotia. Deb was predeceased by an infant daughter, Melody, and her first husband, musician Bill Martin. Deb was a long-time employee of L.H.S.C., a graduate of Lakehead University, a Hospice volunteer, a fan of Eastlake furniture and Art Deco pottery, and a big cheerleader for the Toronto Blue Jays. She loved the music of David Phelps, Josh Groban, and especially Johnny Reid. She survived breast cancer, diabetes, a stroke and five previous heart attacks with style and courage. She took inspiration from her friends. Deb was grateful for everything. Among her physicians and caregivers were Drs. Richard, Jain, Parry, Hebb, McDonald, Lock, Prior, Variano and Lavi, as well as the wonderful staff and residents of U.H. 5th floor and the St. Joseph’s endocrine clinic. Deb is currently being reunited with her Grandma, who taught her about pastry, cooking without a recipe, and life; she is also with her pals Sadie, Smitty, Dakota and Mel, all in the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family on Friday, August 11, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where a memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 11 am. Interment in Ball Cemetery, Auburn, Ontario.     Patrick passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home on Saturday, July 29, 2017 in his 52nd year. Beloved brother of Sharon, Fred, Mike, Danielle, Shawn, Karen, Maureen, and Alex. He will be missed dearly by his many nieces and nephews, Sarah, Meghan, Jessica, Rachel, Rebecca, Caitlin, Kelcey, Morgan, Jamie, Aaryn, Emma, Caleb, Henry, Annabel, Abigail, Beatrice, Miriam, and Ella. Predeceased by his parents, Don and Nancy Spratt. Patrick was a long-time member of the Community Living London Program at Ford Crescent. All of the staff and his friends there were a second family to Patrick. Patrick also loved seeing all of the Voyageur drivers who he developed relationships with over his many years of attending Ford Crescent. Patrick brought so much joy to everyone close to him. He will always be remembered for his wonderful nature, big smile, and love for Karaoke Day and Sesame Street. Cremation has taken place. At the family’s request, there will be no funeral home visitation or service.     Unexpectedly at home, on Friday, July 28, 2017, Scott Beauchamp passed away at the age of 50. Beloved son of Diane and the late Robert (1983). Dear brother of David (Christine) and Susan Beauchamp (Paul Stevens). Uncle of Michael, Daniel and the late Simone Beauchamp. Scott graduated at the top of his class from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Science – Computer Engineering in 1990. Scott went on to successfully develop his own computer software company. Friends are welcomed to celebrate Scott’s life on Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 2-4 pm at the A.
