Malcolm “Mac” Latham

Suddenly and unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, Malcolm Latham passed away at the age of 22. Loving son of Carrie Swain (Walter Hasselman) and Gary (Cathy) Latham. Cherished grandson of Malcolm and Margaret Latham and Irene and the late Charles Swain. Much loved brother of Madisyn, Morgan and Jamie. Best friend of Colin Geddes. Malcolm will also be greatly missed by his numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family and many friends. Friends will be received by the family on Monday, May 6, 2019 from 7-9 pm at the A. Peacefully at Babcock Community Care Centre, Wardsville on Saturday, April 27, 2019, Frances Claxton in her 100th year. Known to many as “Fran” or “Maude”. Beloved wife of the late Gerald M. Claxton (2010). Loving mother of Dulcie Cartlidge and her husband David. Cherished grandmother of Jason Kells (Aidann), Tara-Lynn Meldrum (Craig), and Christina Powell (Richard). Great-grandmother to Mikenzee, Braydon, Joshua, Piper, Matthew, Caleb and Kyra. Dear sister of Dulcie Andreae. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her 3 brothers and 1 sister. Fran was a long-standing member of the Eastern Star Temple in Moose Jaw, United Commercial Travelers of America, AYPA and a long-term volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Clinic and the Church of St. Andrew Memorial. Peacefully and surrounded by her family at University Hospital, London Linda Cardinal passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the age of 73. Loving mother of Kathy Macdonald (James), Tara Fitzpatrick (Sean) and Nora Fletcher. Cherished life partner of Tom White. Best friend of Carol Sharp. Sister and best friend of Debra Snowball and her late husband Dave Jennings. Wonderful Nanny of Luke MacDonald (Kristen), Landon MacDonald (Bri), Abigail MacDonald (Nick Mejia), Nathan Auld, Shane Fletcher and Ava Fitzpatrick. Survived by eight great grandchildren. She will be so missed by niece Vikki and several other nieces and nephews, extended family and countless friends. Dear brother of Glen (Marie) Topping and Doris (John) Morris. Will also be missed by many other family and friends. Ron was well known for standardbred horse racing and breeding and dairy farming. He was given the life time achievement award for horse racing. He was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. Shirley loved her dogs, the Blue Jays, London Knights, golf and NCA College Basketball. She was the “Den Mother” to many basketball referees – always knew what games were playing and who was available to fill in. At her request, there will be no funeral service held. Michael Leaver passed away peacefully with his sister and brother-in-law by his side at his residence on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 in his 64th year. Father of Erin Breen and Michael Leaver (Eileen), both of Saint John, New Brunswick and grandfather of three and great-grandfather of one. Brother of Elaine Reed (Matt), Elizabeth Ann Hayward (Paul), David Freeze, Wanda Gladue and Karen Werstuik (Brent). Mike also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and extended family. Cremation has taken place and as per Mike’s wishes, there will be no funeral service held and his ashes will be returning to his home in New Brunswick. Returning into the loving arms of her Saviour, Diane Flaman passed peacefully on April 17, 2019 at University Hospital, London in her 89th year. Wife of the late Henry Flaman (2011). Loving mother of Grace and her husband Russell and John and his wife Trudi. Sister of Gerrie Schneiders in Holland and the late Rein Kroesbergen and Wim Kroesbergen. Adoring grandmother of Jennifer, Melisa (Chris), Allison, Jon (Sherry), Dan (Ashley) and Amanda (Dan). Diane was also a proud great and great-great grandmother.
