Peacefully at the London Health Sciences Centre-University Campus on Thursday, March 28, 2002, Louise Ada (Findley) Lacroix of London in her 80th year. Dear mother of Harold Hopps and his wife Ann of Stratford and Robert Hopps and his companion Linda Forbes of Wiarton. Dear sister of William Findley and his wife Ellen of Courtland and Jean Fex and her husband Bill of London. Also loved by her grandchildren Robbie Hopps, Jason Hopps, Karen Hopps and Krista Scott and her husband Harry , and by her 2 great-grandsons Michael and Adam Scott. Louise will be missed by many dear friends. At the request of Louise there will be no visitation or funeral service. Brown and her husband Joel of Calgary, Alberta, and George Wayne Robinson and his wife Pat of Brantford. Cherished grandma of Susan (and Shawn), Michael, Peter, Andrew (and Lori), Bronwen, Laura, Lindsay and Zachary. Great grandma of Dylan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, and her brother Jack . Predeceased by her sister / best friend Edith and brother Gordon. Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. HOPPE: After a brief illness, surrounded by his family at London Health Sciences Centre, South Street Campus, London, Ontario, on Friday, March 8, 2002, Henry J. Hoppe in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Hildegard Grohe (1962). Dear father of Margaret Eadie and her husband Neil, and Rhoda Eadie and her husband Charles all of London. Dear Opa of Paul Eadie and Shelley Allen, Tanya,Kalyn Eadie and Kendra Eadie all of London. Mr. Hoppe was a well-known and respected violinist in the London community. He taught for many years in London public schools as well as privately, and was also concert master of the London Symphony Orchestra for several years. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service for Mr. Hoppe will be held in the chapel of the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London on Saturday, March 16, at 1:00 p.m. followed by a reception for family and friends.
