McINTOSH — Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital, London, on Monday July 12th 2004, Margaret (Tapp) McIntosh of London in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Jack McIntosh (1996). Dear mother of Jack McIntosh and his wife Janet, and Margo Goffin and her husband Dale all of London. Predeceased by her brothers Fred, George, Archie, Bryce and Ross Tapp; and her sister Alma Rollins.
