At Victoria Hospital, London on Thursday, June 28, 2007. Surrounded by her family and friends Caroll went to be with her Saviour in her 59th year. She will be greatly missed by her husband Howard of 12 years. Beloved mother of Audrey Walker and her husband Barrington of New York, Dalton Tucker of Jamaica, Donovan Tucker of England and Collin Tucker and his wife Mitzie of Jamaica. Survived by her mother Emelyn Mannings of Jamaica. Will also be remembered by all of her 23 brothers and sisters all of Jamaica. Caroll will also be missed by her 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews all of Jamaica. Fondly remembered by her many friends between here and Jamaica. Predeceased by her father Harold Mannings. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 6, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. TOAL: Peacefully on Sunday, June 24th, 2007 surrounded by his daughters, Captain Denis Patrick Toal CD passed away after a courageous but brief battle with cancer. Denis will be greatly missed and remembered by all of his family. Beloved husband of Jacqueline (Crabb) for 32 years. Loving father to Patricia Toal-Bondy (Bob) of Windsor,ON, Barbara Lee (Mike) of London, ON, Sandra Toal (Mario) of Sturgeon Falls, ON, and Sarah Toal-Baril (Claude) of Montreal, Q.C. He was a proud grandfather to Matthew, Erin, Michelle, David, Daniel and Patrick. The only brother to seven sisters including Bernadette Cassidy of Ireland, Kay Kreski of Calgary, Lorraine Jones of Montreal, Sheila Wohlgemuth of Calgary and Sharon Benson. Predeceased by his parents Anna and Peter Toal and sisters Anna and Deirdre. Loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews across Canada and overseas. Denis and Jackie shared a passion for harness racing where they met many cherished and life long friends. Denis served his country proudly from 1950 until his retirement from his last posting as Regimental Adjutant in London, ON at Wolsley Barracks in 1993. He was active in the RCR Association. Throughout his military career, Denis was posted to many parts of the world, spending time in places such as Australia, Fiji, the Sahara Desert, Libya, the Arctic, Turkey and Cyprus where he met and fell in love with his wife Jackie. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Friday, June 29th at 11:00 a.m. Cremation.
