At Victoria Hospital, London on Monday, April 7, 2008. Betty Elaine ((Heaslip) Mitchell of London in her 93rd. year. Beloved wife of the late Robert Weld Mitchell Q.C., M.B.E. Dear mother of R. Stephen Mitchell and his wife Donna of Lucan, Donald Mitchell and his wife Suzette of London, Mary Cassel and her husband Rick of Toronto and Deborah McCourt and her husband Michael of Mt. Brydges. Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital, London on Sunday, April 6, 2008, John Wira of London in his 62nd year. Beloved husband of Grace (Hilhorst) Wira. Proud father of Kyle and Jennifer. Dear son-in-law of Gerry and the late Cathy Hilhorst and predeceased by his parents Francis and Stefan Wira. Loving brother and brother in-law of Krystyna (Chester), Stan (Debbie), Steve (Joanne), Irene (John), Henry (Kelly), Joan, Alida (Jerry) and Jane (Al). Also loved by his many nieces and nephews. At her residence on Sunday, April 6th, 2008,Michelle Lee (Webster) Morenz of London in her 51st year. Best friend and loving partner of Norman Rooke. Beloved mother of Ian Morenz and his wife Melissa. Survived by her grandson Caeden. Forever remembered by her mother Carol Shewan. Peacefully at Longworth Long Term Care, Ruby Blanche (Getson) MacMillan in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Thomas MacMillan (1989). Dear mother of Wilma Keeler and her husband Ross of London, Donald MacMillan of Wiarton, Eileen Ebin of Florida, Rick MacMillan and his wife Bev of London, Robert MacMillan and Louis Quennelle of Nova Scotia. Much loved grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren and her extended families of 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sons-in-law James Crowe and William Zimmie, her grandson Rick Collins, her great-granddaughter Holly Collins and also by her 11 siblings. Ruby was the 10th and last surviving member of her family. Friends will be received by the family on Wednesday, April 9th from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. The celebration of Ruby’s life will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday April 10th, 2008 at 11:00am with Reverend Dr. Arthur G.
