    It is with great sadness that we announce our beloved Ralph was suddenly taken from us on Saturday, January 30 at the young age of 62. Beloved husband and best friend of Sandra (Rowland) Regier. Wonderful and caring step-father of Nicola (Boaden) and Andrew (Boaden) and father of Shaun. Sadly missed by his parents Lennis and Alma, sister Sharon and brother-in-law Ted, brothers Alan (Shirley) and Jeff (Christine). Dear brother-in-law of Gillian and Michael (England) along with many nieces and nephews. Ralph was a loving and genuine man and we are blessed to have had him as part of our lives. It was our priviledge to have shared the time that we had with him. He will be missed by so many, especially Rick and Leanne Ward and Keely, to whom he was “honourary grandpa”. Friends will be received by the family on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday, February 4th at 1:00 pm with Father Francis Thekkumkattil officiating. Dear brother of Henk Kuiken of Baltimore MD, Jake Kuiken (Lucy) of Acton, John Kuiken (Grace) of Golden Lake, Affie Van Cleef of Mt. Brydges, Boukje de Boer (Dick) of Strathroy and Heidi van Ry (Fred) of Claresholm, AB. Also survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law in the Netherlands as well as nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada and the Netherlands. Predeceased by his brothers Adrian and Jim Kuiken, sister Antje Kuiken and brother-in-law Andre Van Cleef. Dear sister of Donald Firth (Jean) and sister-in-law of Barb Firth and Albert Jones. Predeceased by her brothers Lionel and Stanley and her sisters Marguerite and Ivy. Also loved by her 5 grandchildren,her 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A private family interment will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London on Friday.     Peacefully, with family at her side, on Monday, January 25, 2010, Connie Males in her 95th year. Devoted wife of the late Albert Frederick “Bert” Males (1949). Beloved mother of Heather and Doug Ellis of London, Dennis and Gail Males of St. Thomas and Lee and Debra Males of London. Cherished “Nan” to Michele, Scott, Melissa, Kerrie, Jason and Graham and eight great-grandchildren. “Con” will be sadly missed by her faithful and loving sister Evelyn Jenkins (Aunt Babe) and her nieces and nephews, Innis and Debbie Jenkins of Kempville, Susan and Jim Kelly, Cathy Jenkins, Mark and Grace Jenkins all of London. She was the daughter of the late Cuthbert and Florence (Wilson) Whitlock. Predeceased by by her brother Leslie “Tim” Whitlock (1944 – Operation Market Garden) and sister Margaret Lewis (1992). A life-long resident of West London, and widowed at age 34, she devoted her life to raising her children, and worked until retirement in the pharmacy at the Langford and Ruckle drug stores. She was an avid gardener and proudly displayed her green thumb at her Johnston Street home of 70 years. The family acknowledges and thanks the many staff at the Dearness Home who cared for her with tenderness and understanding. Friends will be received by the family from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the A.
