Dear sister of Olive Hoppenrath, Betty Kemp, Shirley Stahlke (Arden), Della Shilling, Phylis Young, Marjorie Rock, William Osborn (Ruth) and Edward Osborn (Betty). Loving mother of David Haskett and his wife Tracey of Cambridge. Dear sister of Shirley Legg and her husband Doug of Sarnia. Predeceased by her brothers Charlie, Bill, Doug Towle and her sisters Marjorie Peddle and Pearl Gill. Also missed by her many nieces and nephews.   • Lorraine Letton

    LETTON, Lorraine – passed away peacefully on Monday, October 18, 2010, two days shy of her 96th birthday. Lorraine’s life revolved around family, church and community which is why she had a wonderful life full of fun and laughter. She was very active in the Anglican Church Women’s Group and ran the Monday afternoon card club at St. James Westminster Anglican Church until her 85th birthday. Lorraine was an avid bridge player and played four times a week until her eye sight gave out at age 90. Lorraine was predeceased by her loving husband of 67 years Charlie, her sisters Eva, Edith, Lillian and her brothers Alfred, Tom and Doug. Lorraine will be sadly missed by her family, Margaret (Don) Bulloch, Robert (Elizabeth) Letton, Donald (Sandra) Letton, Richard (Debra) Letton and her grandchildren, Brent (Kirsty), Lisa, Shawn and Jane and her great-grandchildren Keegan, Emma and Charlie. Lorraine was a marvelous cook and loved having family and friends over for dinner. These cherished memories will be greatly missed by the family. Beloved husband of Frances (Varga) Fabian for 51 years. Cherished father of Mary Fabian and her husband Michel, Alex Fabian Jr. and Helen McGill of London. Proud grandfather of the late Jessica (1996). Dear brother to Joseph Fabian and his wife Elizabeth of London. Predeceased by his parents Ferenc Fabian and his wife Maria of Hungary, his sister Ilonka Fabian, his brothers Imre Fabian, Ferenc Fabian, Laszlo Fabian, Gyorgy Fabian of Hungary. Survived by his brother in law Janos Varga and his wife Detta, Lajos Varga and his wife Rozsi of Hungary and his sister in law Magda Fabian of Hungary. Loving uncle to Magda Fabian of Hungary. Also predeceased by his brother-in-law Mihay Varga and sister in law Marika Hall. He will also be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews Cremation has taken place. Beloved wife of Donald W. Mitchell. Together they celebrated 58 years of marriage this past July. Dear mother of Mike (Helen), Teri Wallace (Dave), Marty and Mark (Stephanie). Dear sister of Ralph Deekon (Ann). She was adored and loved and shall be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Jesse (Shawn), Luke, Cody (Kendall), Derek (Billie Jo), Parker, Reid, Tyler, Jenna, Kailey, Sean, Keira, and her great-grandchildren Drew, Joshua, Allie and Reese. Our family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Victoria Hospital for the care and kindness shown to Mom in her time of need. Cremation has taken place. A kind and caring person, Mom made many friends during her lifetime. But Mom was also a very private person and it was her final wish that a small family celebration of her life take the place of a memorial service.
