Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London on Thursday, March 14, 2013, Preston James Dallas in his 90th year. Cherished father of Joan Wareham and her husband Eric of London. Proud grandfather of Melissa (Andrew) Dallas-Smith, Ryan and Samantha Wareham, Beth and Sheila Preszcator and Brian Dallas and great-grandfather of Caitlynn, Dylan, Devyn and Logan. It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of their Wendy, at University Hospital, London, ON, on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, in her 61st year. Beloved wife of Wayne MacNeil, cherished daughter of Joan and the late Abby Harrison, loving friend of Alicia and Brodie MacNeil of Mississauga, dear sister of Tracey and Jill. She will be missed by her three nieces, Shannon, Sarah, Taryn, her nephew Harrison and her aunt Audrey Smith. A graduate of Loyola University, Wendy pursued a career as project manager with Bell Canada. Her passions included home decorating, her canine companions and music. Husband of the late Pauline (Collier) Mercer. Father of Peter P. Mercer and his wife Jacqueline Ehlert-Mercer of New Jersey, John W. Mercer and his wife Carol of Toronto and Paul D. Mercer and his wife Shelley of London. Grandfather of Ryan and Imogen; Eric, Grant and Victoria; Benjamin and Braydon. Predeceased by his siblings Eric Mercer, Marjorie Mercer and Jean Mercer all of St. John’s Newfoundland. Cremation has taken place.
