Passed away peacefully with family at her side on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at University Hospital in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Harding. Loving mother of Robert Harding, Lorna Harding, Bruce (Joan) Harding and Barbara (Andrew) Smith. Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings Theodore,”Ted” and Frances. Friends and family will be received at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street, South, London, on Tuesday December 13, 2016 from 9-11am where the service will be held at 11am. Reverend Phil Butler officiating. Peacefully at St. Marys – Mount Hope Centre on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, Bob Lake passed away in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Frances (Campbell) Lake and the late Marion (Ritter) Lake (2000). Dear father of David Lake and his wife Jacqueline and Denise Wearring and her husband Andrew. Step-father of Tracie Wilson and her husband Rob and Terrie Ann Fagan and her husband Michael. Cherished grandfather “G-pa” of Nicole, Robert and Scott and step-grandfather of Michael, Julia, Daniel and Emilie. Loving son of Ann Keller and the late Lloyd and son-in-law of Cecil and Joyce Pepper. Cherished brother of Kevin Keller (Daniela), Dale Keller, Mike Keller (Kjersti), Colin Keller (Angela), Chantelle Bryson (Ken) and brother-in-law of Brenda Newell (the late Jud), Marilyn Promoli (Julian) and Laurie Vermunt (Joe). Dearly missed by his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his siblings Terry Keller and Paula Keller. Cremation has taken place. Peacefully at Highview Residences, London, on Monday, December 5, 2016, Isabel (Burns) Nelson in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Ron Nelson (1994). Loving mother of Jan Nelson and her husband Rick Quinn of Sidney B.C., Martha Nelson her and husband Bill Gallagher of Waterloo and Rob Nelson and his wife Lisa of London. Predeceased by her daughter Jane (1957). Cherished Nanny of Quito Quinn (Gregory), Nellie Quinn, Ronald Gallagher (Violetta), Claire Gallagher and great-grandmother of Theodore Gallagher. Predeceased by her siblings Robert Burns, Roberta Colter and Margaret Butler. Throughout Isabel’s long and busy life, she was a partner with her husband in the family business, Ron Nelson Photography Ltd of London. Committed to contributing to her community and church, she was an active board member of the Women’s Christian Association serving Parkwood Hospital and McCormick Home; and a member of First-St. Andrew’s United Church. A cottager to the core, all who visited her Haliburton hideaway will remember her generosity, thoughtfulness and home-baked pies. Isabel’s family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Franklin House, Highview Residences, who provided compassionate and personal care during her time with them. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at First St. Andrews United Church, 350 Queens Avenue on December 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with reception to follow. Funeral arrangements by A. MILLER, Grace May… After a brief illness following her 100th birthday, Grace May Miller passed away at Elmwood Place, London on Friday, December 2, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Percy H. Miller. Cherished mother of Maureen Tipping and her husband Thomas of London and Catherine Miller of London. Also loved by her grandchildren Michael (Danika) and Brian Tipping (Rebecca) and her great-grandchildren Keira, Madison, Jacob, Leif and Freja Tipping. Dear sister-in-law of Dorothy MacFadyen of Winnipeg. Dearly missed by Jen Esplin of Toronto. Predeceased by her son David K. Miller, grandson Stephen Tipping and brothers Paul and Lynn MacFadyen. Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and raised in Zealandia, Grace arrived in London with her husband Percy in September 1944. Grace was actively involved in many organizations within Metropolitan United Church, including the Senior Choir, the U.C.W. and the Board of Stewards.
