    Born November 4, 1925 and died September 12, 2005 at Parkwood Hospital, London. Predeceased by his wife Beth. Survived by his sons, Dwight and his late wife Sarah (August 11, 2005) and Peter and his wife Laura. Brother of Colin Haynes and his wife Irene. Also loved by his grandchildren, Christopher, Graeme, Keelan (Kailey), Noelle and Alex and a niece and 3 nephews. Also missed by his sister-in-law Lois and her husband Ken. Chuck joined the R. C. A. F. at 17 1/2 years of age served proudly during World War II. He will be sadly missed by his family and many friends for his love, kindness and support.
