At Victoria Hospital, on Friday, August 10, 2007 Dorothy McCallum of London in her 94th year. Dear mother of Dennis McCallum and his wife Helen of Port Severn and Brian McCallum and his wife Monica of London. Also loved by her 4 grandchildren; Kristine of London, Jon of Smith Falls, Stephen and Cindy of London and her 5 great-grandchildren. Dear sister William Smithson of London and Gordon Smithson of Lethbridge, AB. Predeceased by her brother Norman Smithson. Friends will be received by the family from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the A. Peacefully at McGarrell Place, London, on Thursday, August 9, 2007 Emily (McLean) Wales of Komoka in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Harvey G. Wales. Dear mother of Clare and his wife Janis of London and Keith and his wife Pam of Komoka. Loving grandmother of Scott Wales, Natalee Barrett and her husband Stephan, Megan Dicarlo and her husband Marco, Matthew Wales and his wife Jennifer and Dana Haklander and her husband Billy and great-grandmother of Noelle. Also loved by her nieces and nephews and her many friends. Emily was a Past District President of the Women’s Institute, member of the Women’s Christian Association, past member of the Western Fair Board, an active member of Metropolitan United Church and a 4H Club leader for many years. Emily and her husband Harvey donated a parcel of land for Camp Kee-mo-Kee. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Monday at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Tuesday, August 14th at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Herbert S. Beloved wife of Bill Gilmour for 52 years. Predeceased by her daughter Gladys MacNeill. Dear sister of Elda Richmond. Sister- in- law of Marj Richmond.
