Proud grandfather of Carmen Barrientos, Ana Barrientos, Hector Barrientos, Juan Barrientos and Joaquin Barrientos, Marcelo Herrera, Carlos Alfredo Herrera, Susana Sousa, Oscar Herrera, Reyna Herrera, Larissa Herrera, Fatima Herrera, Gabriel Herrera and Tanya Herrera, Anthony Herrera and Katherine Herrera and also survived by grandchildren in El Salvador.
