Beloved wife of Jan “John” Verboom for over 48 years. Dear mom of Joan and Scott, Arlene and Joe, John and Sharon and William and Joanna. Loved by her 10 grandchildren. Also survived by her sisters, nieces and nephews in Canada and Holland. Friends will be received by the family on Sunday, April 18, 2010 from 7:00-9:00 pm at the A. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Dave was a past sales manager for Culligan Water and previously Aquafine for many years. Devoted husband of the late Marion (Gunn) Lemkay. Much loved father of Kenneth (Shann Connor), Robert, Kevin (Lesley Burlie) and Christine (Tony Demelo). Beloved grandfather of Carla, Tyler, Kevin, Rebecca, Hannah, Mark, Catherine and David, and great-grandfather of Andrew and Makayla. Fred was a proud member of the Kiwanis Club (Thames Valley-Fanshawe) and a longstanding member of Gethsemane United Church.
