At University Hospital, London on Thursday, December 13, 2012 Betty M. (Holland) Breivik in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Bjarne “Buster” Breivik (2000). Dear mother of Joan Snyder and Kevin Breivik (Debbie). Loved grandmother of Rob and Scott Breivik , Michael Kim and Nazare Snyder and 4 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Shirley Gillespie. Predeceased by her brother Jim Holland and son-in-law Charles Snyder. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family on Thursday, December 20, 2012 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the A. Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London on Thursday, December 13, 2012. Frederick “Fred” R. Wisdom in his 94th year after a final injury. Beloved husband of Sylvia E. (Tabner) Wisdom for 56 years. Dear father of Tim Wisdom and Orreanna Wisdom. Loved grandfather of Chris, Kevin, Collin and Bob and great grandfather of Alex and Kate. Fred was the comptroller at Cold Spring Farms in Thamesford. He was dearly loved by his family and many other friends. Friends will be received by the family on Saturday, December 15, 2012 from 12:00 – 2:00 pm at the A. At St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, St. Thomas on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Scott Ewart in his 64th year. Beloved husband of Donna Lynn Ewart (nee Westman). Loving father of Cameron, his wife Amy and their children, Camryn and Carsen of Tomball, Texas and Neil, his wife Carla and their children Quinn and Jax of London, Ontario. Survived by 2 brothers, 2 sisters, 7 sisters-in-law and 3 brothers-in-law. Also missed by 20 nieces and nephews. Predeceased by both his parents and his oldest brother. CCOCHRANE, Rick….

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard “Rick” Cochrane on Monday, December 10, 2012, at Victoria Hospital, London, in his 61st year. Beloved husband, best friend and soul mate of Susan (Fox) Cochrane for 33 years. Proud and loving father of Ashley Cochrane of Toronto and Erin Cochrane of Oakville. Brother of Linda Madden and her husband Raoul. Much adored son-in-law of the late Dorothea and Reg Fox, and even more adored son of Gordon and Dorothy Cochrane (Reg Sanders). Rick had a passion for life, food, friends, family, and of course his dog Mackie. He enjoyed spending his time golfing, travelling, reading and barbequing on his patio while enjoying the view. He touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by his friends and family. Cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering will be held from 2:30-4:30pm on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at RiverBend Golf Community, 1200 Sandy Somerville Drive London, where the celebration of Rick’s life will begin at 3:30pm. Cherished son of Joseph Pombiere (late Elgida (Jean)). Dear father of Tiffany Howard (Antony), Matthew Paliwoda (Jessica Scott), Paul Pombiere, and Jennifer Paliwoda (Wesleigh Weldrick). Loved Poppa of Cole and Brooklynn Paliwoda. Survived by his brother David Pombiere (Enza). Also survived by nephew Christopher, niece Amanda, and extended family, friends, and CP Brothers. Peacefully at the Dearness Home, London on Monday, December 10, 2012, Jacqueline “Jacquie” (Vanderveken) Yelland in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late George Yelland (2007). Loving mother of Susan Kaye and her husband Jeff. Cherished grandma of Benjamin Kalikoff and Rachael Kaye. Dear sister-in-law Joyce Younger and her husband Aubrey. Also missed by many nieces, nephews and their families in England. Special friends Mike and Nansi Cox and Lesley Yeomans. Predeceased by her son Peter (1972), her sister Ginette (Ray), her brothers Fernie (Joan), Rene (Gwen), brother-in-law Eric (Joyce, Florrie). Jacquie was proud to serve in Auxiliary Territorial Service in Britain during WWII. She was a gentle person and loved the company of others. She was always caring and helpful throughout her life. The family would like to thank the staff of Dearness Home, especially Poplar Green 3 East, for the love, care and compassion they have shown. Cremation has taken place. STEWART, Audrey – It is with profound sadness that her family announces the passing of Marie Audrey Joyce Stewart at LHSC on Saturday, December 8, 2012 in her 85th year. Audrey was the beloved mother of Dr. Todd L. Stewart, mother-in-law to Pamela L. Stewart, and loving Ome to her grandson and “Little Man” Samuel L. Stewart. Sadly missed by Jessica and Erin Merrick as well as Nicole and Aron Oretan. Predeceased by her husband Samuel L. Stewart (2004), sister Ida L. Henry (2010), mother Elizabeth (Costello) Hellier (1972), father Sydney E. Hellier (1953), and stepfather Paul Cadieux. Born and raised in London, Audrey was a graduate of Ursuline College. She held a number of secretarial positions over the years at the Ontario Debenture and Loan, the Huron and Erie, and Jeffery and Jeffery law firm. Audrey was a long time employee of Tyler and Zettel Pharmacy. Audrey was proudest though of her role in the establishment and success of her son’s dental practice on Hamilton Road. Audrey loved to bowl, knit, paint and needlepoint. Her dry wit and ribald humour will be sorely missed by her family and friends. In the last years her most cherished moments were the times she was able to spend with her grandson Sam. In accordance with her wish a private funeral service was held at A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South onTuesday, December 11, 2012. Father Dan Vere officiated with interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London. A celebration of Audrey’s life was held immediately after at the home of Dr. Todd L. Stewart. A bench at Springbank Park will be dedicated to Audrey and her late husband Samuel L. Stewart.
