    Peacefully at the age of 93 on Monday August 7, 2017. Predeceased by his loving wife Mary Eleanor (2010). Caring father to David (Lorraine), Robert (June), Mark (Roberta) and Paul (Sue).  Treasured grandpa to Daryk, Jason, Andrew, Corey, Cindy, David and Anna-Marie and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear uncle of Karen Noe-Vack and her son Skylar.  Visitation will be held at A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, on Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 2-7 pm.  A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on August 14, 2017 at 11 am.     Peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at the age of 80. Loving husband of Shirley (nee Robb) Burdick of 60 years.  Treasured dad of Steven (Deborah) Burdick, Susan (Richard) Pawsey  and Nickie Burdick.  Dear Papa to Brittany Burdick, Jenessa (Alex) Wright, Marley Burdick, Hope Pawsey and Madison Pawsey. Dear twin brother of Jim Burdick (Shirley) and the late Margaret (Randy) Reiber. Visitation will be held at A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, on  Wednesday, August 9, 2017 from 6-9 pm.  A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on August 10, 2017 at 11 am with a visitation 1 hour prior to service time.     WOODS, Deb….

    Sadly, at University Hospital, on Friday, August 4, 2017 from a heart attack, Debra Jean Woods, in her 63rd year. Beloved wife of Ed, best friend to Tru. Deb is survived by many members of both her birth and adoptive families, but is predeceased by both sets of parents. She will also be sadly missed by the Baston family of Faversham, Kent, England; and by the Gough and Goodwin families of Mt. Brydges, Ontario and Amherst, Nova Scotia. Deb was predeceased by an infant daughter, Melody, and her first husband, musician Bill Martin. Deb was a long-time employee of L.H.S.C., a graduate of Lakehead University, a Hospice volunteer, a fan of Eastlake furniture and Art Deco pottery, and a big cheerleader for the Toronto Blue Jays. She loved the music of David Phelps, Josh Groban, and especially Johnny Reid. She survived breast cancer, diabetes, a stroke and five previous heart attacks with style and courage. She took inspiration from her friends. Deb was grateful for everything. Among her physicians and caregivers were Drs. Richard, Jain, Parry, Hebb, McDonald, Lock, Prior, Variano and Lavi, as well as the wonderful staff and residents of U.H. 5th floor and the St. Joseph’s endocrine clinic. Deb is currently being reunited with her Grandma, who taught her about pastry, cooking without a recipe, and life; she is also with her pals Sadie, Smitty, Dakota and Mel, all in the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family on Friday, August 11, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where a memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 11 am. Interment in Ball Cemetery, Auburn, Ontario.   • Patrick Matthew Spratt

    SPRATT, Patrick Matthew

    Patrick passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home on Saturday, July 29, 2017 in his 52nd year. Beloved brother of Sharon, Fred, Mike, Danielle, Shawn, Karen, Maureen, and Alex. He will be missed dearly by his many nieces and nephews, Sarah, Meghan, Jessica, Rachel, Rebecca, Caitlin, Kelcey, Morgan, Jamie, Aaryn, Emma, Caleb, Henry, Annabel, Abigail, Beatrice, Miriam, and Ella. Predeceased by his parents, Don and Nancy Spratt. Patrick was a long-time member of the Community Living London Program at Ford Crescent. All of the staff and his friends there were a second family to Patrick. Patrick also loved seeing all of the Voyageur drivers who he developed relationships with over his many years of attending Ford Crescent. Patrick brought so much joy to everyone close to him. He will always be remembered for his wonderful nature, big smile, and love for Karaoke Day and Sesame Street. Cremation has taken place. At the family’s request, there will be no funeral home visitation or service.     Unexpectedly at home, on Friday, July 28, 2017, Scott Beauchamp passed away at the age of 50. Beloved son of Diane and the late Robert (1983). Dear brother of David (Christine) and Susan Beauchamp (Paul Stevens). Uncle of Michael, Daniel and the late Simone Beauchamp. Scott graduated at the top of his class from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Science – Computer Engineering in 1990. Scott went on to successfully develop his own computer software company. Friends are welcomed to celebrate Scott’s life on Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 2-4 pm at the A. Loving grandpa of Rebecca (Chad), Sarah and Anna (Jon Rikard S.), great-grandpa of Hannah, Jack, August and Maja.  Will be greatly missed by family and many friends. Predeceased by brothers James and John. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Westmount Kidney Clinic and Manor Village. Len was a founding member of Highland Golf and Country Club, was a huge supporter of Ducks Unlimited and loved the outdoors, especially Pike Bay. Cremation has taken place. Brother-in-law of Barbara Muma, and uncle of David, Kit and Paul. Cremation has taken place.
