Peacefully at University Hospital, London, on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, Carolynne D. MacMillan of London in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late John S. C. MacMillan. Dear mother of Kim Patterson and her husband David of Rosedale, BC, Kelly Douglas and her husband Dale of Strathroy and Jon MacMillan and his wife Deborah of London. Devoted grandmother of Andrea, Erin, Bree, Kate, Kelsey, Daniel and Maddy, Sydney and Caleb. Caring sister of Michael Morris and his wife Margo of London, Jim Morris and his wife Pam of London, Jeff Morris and his wife Sandy of Port Stanley and Tim Morris of London. Predeceased by her brother Mert Morris. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. In keeping with Carolynne’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family burial to follow. Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Camick (2017). Dear mother of Rick (Angela), Wayne (Brenda), Vikki (Jay) and Robbie (Lynn). Cherished grandma of Thomas, Zach, Shelby, Trenton, R.J and Reaghan. Sister of Linda (Tommy), Debbie, Leonard (Susan). Missed by her dear friends Betty and Diamond. At Parkwood Hospital, London on Monday, June 25, 2018 Donna Louise Clarke of London in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert Henry Clarke (2000). Much loved mother of Ian Clarke and his wife Tracy of Tiverton and Paula Stafford and her husband Scott of London. Proud grandma of Kristen and Hilary of London and Kyle, Duncan, Aidan Abby and Gillian of Tiverton. Dear sister of the late Jean Watson and her husband the late Bill Watson. Caring aunt of Pat Tubman and her husband Eric and their children James and Carolyn of Elmvale, Barbara Brooks and her husband Larry and their children Jennifer, Matthew and Sarah of Sudbury and Janet Hunt and her husband Declan and her great nephews Kieran and Conor and Wanda Clarke all of London. Donna is also missed by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Willie Clarke and his wife the late Sylvia, Fred Clarke and his wife Hazel, Isobel Morris and her husband Deryk, the late George Clarke and his wife Primrose, the late Maud Ebbitt and her husband the late Cecil, the late Alice Ormiston and her husband the late Willie and the late David Clarke all of Ireland. BUCHANAN, Lois….
1932-2018

The family announces with deep sorrow the death of Lois Buchanan (nee Nesbitt) on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the age of 86 at Victoria Hospital, London. Lois fought a brave battle with an aggressive cancer. She faced the battle with the same determination and humour she lived her life. Lois was born in the town of Cache Bay, Ontario, a small town of 600 people near North Bay. She was a proud member of the Canadian Air Force at the age of 19 and was stationed in France and Germany. Upon leaving the Air Force she settled in Montreal before moving to London where she lived for more than 50 years, raising her sons, working in various fields and making many friends through her long life. Lois is survived by her sons Dean (Sherry) and Todd (Wendy) and two grandchildren Courtney (Josh) and Tyler (Beth), in addition to two great-grandchildren Xavier and Braedyn. She has two sisters-in-law, Merna Nesbitt and Judy Nesbitt and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents John and Clara Nesbitt, her brothers Arden, Terry and John and her sister-in-law Nellie. Cremation has taken place and interment will be in Union Cemetery, Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. BUSBY, Anna…

Peacefully at Marion Villa on Thursday, June 21, 2018, Anna Georgina (Jorgensen) Busby in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Edgar “Ed” Busby (2013). Loving mother of Keith Busby and his wife Janet of Ottawa and Len Busby and his wife Lorraine of St. John’s, Newfoundland. Cherished grandmother of Jon, Alysha and Luke. Predeceased by her siblings Bertha Dixon and Harold Jorgensen. Anna was born and raised in Saskatchewan. During her 70 years of marriage she lived in Kingston, Calgary, Trail B.C., Edmonton, Drummondville Q.C. and Etobicoke, before retiring with Ed in London. She was always an active member of the United Church and a lifelong member of the UCW. Anna loved curling, bridge, sewing and cooking. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 1:00 pm, at Riverside United Church, 695 Riverside Drive, London, ON N6H 2S3. SCOTT, Ethan…..

Peacefully surrounded by his family in London, on Sunday, June 17, 2018, Ethan Scott in his 16th year. Loving son of Robin “Nikki” (Gosnell) Scott (Shawn) and Chris Scott. Cherished brother of Madison and Morgan. Happy grandson of Joan and Allan Gosnell, Carolyn and Douglas Scott, great-grandson of Helen and Norman McEachran and Erlene Gosnell (the late Frank). Favourite nephew of Josh Gosnell and Mike Scott (Tanya), cousin Jessica and many other family members and friends. Will be sadly missed by furry companions Zeus and Lexi. Ethan was a happy, easy going, lovable ladies man who enjoyed hugs. Ethan enjoyed many activities including music, archery, sit skiing, horseback riding and most of all baseball. Ken is survived by his loving wife Eileen, his daughter and son-in-law Carrol and Ron Tanner. He is the proud grandfather of David Tanner and his fiancé Natalie Harness and Meagan McGregor and her husband Tyler. He was also loved by his great grandchildren, Tanner and Carter McGregor, Ben and Jet Tanner and Kyla, Troy and Joel Harness. The family of Dr. John Smith McIntyre, of London and formerly of Sarnia, announce his passing on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at London University Hospital at the age of 84. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife of 52 years, Barbara (nee Hardie) McIntyre; daughter Laura McIntyre, Toronto; sons Ian (Jane) McIntyre, Peterborough and Glen (Shauna) McIntyre, Kelowna, BC; grandchildren Evan and Kate McIntyre, Peterborough and Adeline and Caelan McIntyre, Kelowna, BC; sister Margaret Nichols, Sarnia, and nephew Larry Nichols, Sarnia. He was predeceased by sister Mary Smith, Chatham (2018), brothers-in-law Lloyd Nichols (2000) and Bob Smith (2013). John was raised by his parents Campbell McIntyre and Cassie (nee Smith) McIntyre on a farm near Belmont. He is a graduate of St. Thomas Collegiate, The University of Western Ontario (BSc and MSc) and Cornell University, Ithaca, New York (PhD in Chemistry). John spent his entire professional career in research at Dow Chemical, Sarnia. He is the author of several scientific papers and received numerous patents.  His body has been given to further medical science and will be cremated at a later date.  At John’s request, there will be no visitation nor service; his ashes will be buried privately later. The family would like to thank all of his doctors and other health care professionals for their professional care and compassion.  The family would appreciate donations to either The Heart and Stroke Foundation or any of the cancer charities. On Tuesday, June 12, 2018 Florence peacefully passed away at People Care Oak Crossing in London in her 96th year. Loving sister of Jean Ferguson of Waterloo, Ontario and predeceased by Grace, David, Clara, George and Reg. Loving aunt and great aunt of many nieces and nephews in Canada and the United States. Dear friend of Marj White and Sheila Sullivan of London, Ontario. Florence was a self-made woman who held positions as a bookkeeper for several local businesses. She loved her family and spent much time looking after her mother, Hilda in Sombra, Ontario, and her sister, Grace in Detroit, Michigan. She loved to play bridge and other card games with her friends. Special thanks go to the caring staff of People Care.
