    Peacefully on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at the Village of Glendale Crossing, London, Jane Thompson in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late H. Douglas Thompson (1980). Loving mother to Douglas (Loan), Tracie Gray and Richard (Cathy). Cherished Grandmother of Jennifer, Kyle, Jaime, Denver, Alyssa, and Ryan. Sister to Ron (Helen), and Marilyn (Paul). Jane is survived by cousins Don and Martin Fleckser, and Mary Wharton as well as long term best friend and travelling companion Eleanore Reynolds. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews and fondly remembered by extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London on Monday, May 27, 2019 from 6-8pm and on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 12:30-1:30pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 1:30pm.     Surrounded by family at Bluewater Health, Sarnia, on Sunday, May 19, 2019, Carol Elaine Selvey (nee Marks) in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Henry “Hank” Selvey. Loving mother of David Selvey (Shelagh) of Nepean and Joan Mumby (Angus) of Sarnia. Survived by her daughter Barbara Ruffilli and her family of Ottawa. Predeceased by her son Harry Selvey, her sisters Peggy Garrett and Patricia Fraser and her brothers Jack and Bill Marks. Dear grandmother of Marcus, Mandie, Andrew, Erin, Jason and Patrick. Great grandmother to Brianna, Rebecca, Katie, Emma, Charlie, Owen, Eileen, AJ, Evelynn and Joshua. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces. Cremation has taken place. Loving mother of Lynn Cooper and her husband Bob of London and William Wardle and his wife Janette of St. Thomas. Cherished grandma of 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.     Peacefully at University Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre, on Wednesday, May 15th, 2019. Dr. Edward M “Ted” Dundas was in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Barbara Lois (Overbaugh) Dundas (d. 2009). Loving father of Jennifer Lynne Dundas of Calgary, Leslie Anne Shillington of Calgary and Edward Bruce Dundas of San Francisco.  Cherished grandfather of Alexander Julian Dundas of Vancouver, Richard Cameron Shillington of Calgary and Kelsey Evelyn Shillington of Calgary.  Sadly missed by his brother- and sisters-in-law, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Dr. Edward Morrison “Ted” Dundas and Evelyn Mae Dundas (nee Little).  Ted was a graduate of Michigan State University (B.Sc.), after which he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served stateside for two years. He went on to earn a medical degree from the University of Western Ontario Medical School (M.D., 1959).

    Ted assumed his father’s family medical practice in Dearborn, Michigan, and later ran the medical clinic at the then-new Ford Motor Company Assembly Plant in St. Thomas, Ontario, where he specialized in Occupational Medicine until his retirement in 1995.  Ted took great enjoyment from his lifelong involvement with the Shriner’s Mocha Temple of London, The King Solomon Masonic Lodge of Thamesford, Ontario, and the Dundas Clan of southwestern Ontario, including his terms as Clan Chief.

    Friends will be received by the family from 12:00 – 1:00 pm on Friday, May 24th, 2019 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London where the funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm.  A private family interment will take place at a later date in Banner United Cemetery, Ingersoll.     KING, Norma Ruth….

    Norma Ruth (Monture) King, UEL, at the age of 97 on Friday, May 10, 2019 rejoices in God’s goodness for her long life and loving family and friends. She rejoins husband Stewart King, parents Muriel & Clarence Monture, and brothers Harold & Basil Monture. She gives thanks for her son John and wife Heather King of Qualicum Beach, B.C. and daughter Ruth and husband Adrian Roes of Delaware, ON. Cherished grandma of Isaac Roes (Yuree Sung), Adrian Roes (Brittany Buko) and Joseph Roes. She will be missed by her loving nephew David Monture (Kristen Emery) and niece Sharon Freeman (Robin).

    Norma has been a lifetime member of St. George’s Anglican Church and Elmwood Lawnbowling Club. She enjoyed the London Horticultural Society and the London Gem and Mineral Club. She had a special remembrance of winning Gold in Lawnbowling with teammate Helen at the Canada Transplant Games held in London in 2008. She worked hard to achieve her title of United Empire Loyalist.

    Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 11 am at St. George’s Anglican Church, 227 Wharncliffe Road North, London, ON N6H 2B6.     Peacefully and surrounded by family at Victoria Hospital, London, William “Bill” McGaughey at the age of 91. Beloved husband and best friend of the late Sarah Joy McGaughey (2016). Dear father of the late Donald McGaughey (2009), Thomas McGaughey and his wife Elizabeth, and Cameron McGaughey all of London. Cherished grandfather of Amanda (Todd), Ian, Katie (Ben) and Andrew and soon-to-be a great grandfather. Also survived by his sister Betty (Jim), sister-in-law Phyllis Gemmell and daughter-in-law Joanne Marchand. Predeceased by his sister Babs, sister-in-law Anne Noel and brothers-in-law John Palkovic and Donald Gemmell. Bill was an avid sailor, gardener and cyclist and loved the outdoors.     It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mark, surrounded by his family on Sunday, May 5, 2019. He was the loving son of Nancy and Jim (Pauline). Brother to John (Katie), Alison (Jason) and Brynne (David). Uncle Mark will be missed by his nieces and nephews; Britton, Tyler, Ryann, Nathan and James and his large extended family and friends.

    To anyone he knew, Mark was a kind and generous person. He loved fishing, cooking and was a huge supporter of the London Knights. Dear twin sister of Marlene Scott and her husband Terry of Richmond Hill, sister of John Alguire and his wife Lynda of London and step-sister to Bill Gerry and his wife Shirley of London. Also loved by her nieces and nephews Cameron, Kevin, Chris, Cathy, Kelly, Christa, Michael, Ted and Laura. Marilyn was a proud member of both Eastern Star and YYAF for over 50 years and was a member of the Calvary United Church congregation for her entire life.
