I was so very sorry to hear of Mr. Charles passing. My deepest condolences to his family- I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Charles in his role as a Board Member of the Gerald C. Baines Foundation and as it related to their investment into the Gerald C. Baines Centre for Translational Cancer Research. While our paths did not cross often, I will always remember his kind words and his warm demeanor along with his interest in the cancer research happening at the Baines Centre. I would see him at annual impact update meetings with the Baines team- and remember how nice he was. Thinking of you all at this time- and hoping your many memories will provide some comfort at this time. Thoughts and prayers to you.

A sad day, but he is in a better place with his dear wife Marg and son Steve. Ray was a life long friend of my late father and served as board member of the Gerald C Baines Foundation for over 20 years with me. In his real estate life he assisted many new home owners, including me! He was a valuable friend to our family and he will be dearly missed.
His dedication to family was unwavering. He and Marg enjoyed visiting Mom & Dad at their summer home in Goderich.
We extend our deepest sympathy to the family, they can know he lead a great fulfilling life with no regrets.
We will all miss him, Rest In Peace my friend Ray.

Our thoughts are with you. A great Dad, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Sure he will be getting those Superbowl tickets in heaven!
Ray and Marg were friends of my parents, Allen and Elinore Brewer, from St. Martin-in-the-Fields and I knew them both as well. Please accept my condolences to your family at this sad time.
I’m so sorry to hear about Ray’s passing. I thought of him regularly. Ray was a wonderful man and a very good friend of my father’s. My dad thoroughly enjoyed their Friday night beers at the Oar house, something they did for years!
