KNEESHAW, Matthew…

Unexpectedly at home, Matthew Kneeshaw passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2026, just shy of his 45th birthday.

Beloved son of Susan Kneeshaw (nee Favaloro) and Bill Kneeshaw (Catherine). Loving brother of Jeffery Kneeshaw (Sarah). Adored uncle of Calvin and Alex. Matthew will also be dearly missed by his aunt Marilynne (Dave) Van Buskirk and his cousins Wendy (Ian) Newman, Christine Van Buskirk, Paul Van Buskirk and Peri Newman and extended family, as well as his precious four-legged friend, Riley.

Predeceased by all his grandparents Armond and Mildred Favaloro and Ernest and Elizabeth Kneehaw.

Matthew was a loving son and brother. His nephews Calvin and Alex could always make him smile. He always put everyone else first. When his friends came to him asking for help, they were never turned away. He loved sports especially football which he played fiercely. He loved to cycle. He loved cars and motorcycles. Matthew loved the time we spent at his grandparents’ cottage- swimming, fishing, playing games and working on projects with his grandfather. He loved all the dogs we have had especially Kishi, Robbi and his boy Riley. Matthew was a good and caring man. Matthew also had a creative soul. He got great pleasure from new techniques and colour combinations. We have many beautiful paintings throughout our home.

Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place at Mount Brydges Cemetery.
