Obituary
PHAIR, Mary…
Mary Phair passed away peacefully in London, Ontario, on May 21st, 2024, in her 94th year. Mary will be missed by her children Jim (Jean) Murray and Darlene Skinner. Sister of Olga Sholtanuk. Beloved “grandma great” of Jessica (Matt), Casey (Kim), Jason (Shanleigh). Proud great-grandmother of MacKenzie, Keirstin, Kayden, Christian, Bennett and Wyatt. Also missed by nieces and nephews.
Mary was a long-time employee of Bell Canada. She delighted in playing bingo and euchre on Fridays, filling those days with laughter. Music was her constant companion, and she could often be found singing along to her favorite tunes. In her free time, Mary had a passion for playing badminton, a sport that brought her great joy. An avid traveler, she explored the world with a curious spirit and an open heart. Mary’s presence will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Mary may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Salvation Army. Arrangements entrusted with A. Millard George Funeral Home, 519-433-5184.
