To the Kerr Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Mrs. Kerr (who I only ever knew as “Mrs. Kerr,” not Lotta) from the days when Danny and I were young kids running around the neighbourhood. I have many fond memories of that time. One particular memory stands out from when I was 10 years old: Danny and I were told not to touch Ted’s records. But we decided just to look at Ted’s new Beatles’ album, “Long Tall Sally.” When we took it out of the package, it fell, and the record broke. We went to Mrs. Kerr and told her what happened. She called my mom and they decided to give us the money to replace the record for Ted, and then Danny and I had to work off the debt. (And I still have the broken record.) Thank you, Mrs. Kerr! Life lesson learned! PS: I have a cold, otherwise, I would have come to the visitation.
