Also fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Dorothy Squire of Goderich. Loving Uncle of niece Debbie (Dean) Doherty of Southampton, and nephews Wayne Squire and Jeff (Erica) Squire of Goderich. Gary is also cherished by several great nieces and nephews. Gary was raised on the family farm in the former Colborne township near Goderich. Gary had a long career with the London Free Press in the press room, followed by several years working at the Sarnia Observer. As an antique and classic car enthusiast, post retirement Gary enjoyed working part-time at PartSource where his extensive knowledge of vehicles was appreciated by customers and colleagues alike. Gary was frequently seen at car shows around the London area with his 1931 Ford Model A car that he carefully restored and maintained.
