Flemming Hading Jorgensen passed away peacefully at Barrie Family Hospice of Elgin at the age of 88 on July 21st, 2026. Lovingly remembered by his wife of 68 years, Inge. Loving father of Linda (Joe) and Michael. Caring grandfather of Trevor, Shane, Cody, Jade, Alice, and Léo. Much loved by his twin sister Gyda (Al).

Flemming moved to Canada as a teenager with his mother, father and Gyda where he soon met his wife, Inge. Flemming was a hardworking man from the age of 15. Later he dedicated his career to London Transit, serving the community as a bus driver for 28 years before retiring at the age of 65. In his later years he travelled North America with Inge in their camper visiting Port Franks, Florida, Port Huron, and the Grand Canyon. Flemming enjoyed a variety of hobbies, spending many years perfecting his woodworking skills and even getting his pilot license in the 1960’s. A stoic man, Flemming was always true to himself. He will be missed.

Friends will be received by the family on Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 1-2 pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, followed by a funeral service at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel.
