He is now with the love of his life. On Tuesday June 30, 2026 at the age of 79. Don Degraw of London, Ontario. Caring father of James and Krisinda (Steve). Loving Bompy of Haily Rose, Justin, Sam. Brother of Robert Degraw (Ann) and Neil Degraw (Marilyn). He leaves behind his cousins.

A funny memory I have of him is when he made your mom play Let’s Make a Deal to get her Christmas presents. I think her first dishwasher was a part of the gift.

Jamie, Krisinda and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Don. I have known Don for as long as I have been his neighbour which is almost 20 years. I considered Don a good friend as well as my neighbour. He was always a joy to talk to and was always willing to help me with anything. I always enjoyed the times when he would show me his trains downstairs as I am also interested in that hobby and he would help me with advice. I will truly miss him and the conversations we had. The neighbourhood will definitely be different without him and his joyful outlook on everything.

We are very sorry for your loss. After 40 years of being backyard neighbours we will really miss his sense of humour, kindness and advice. In the early days we partied way too much (lol) and were always there for each when we needed help with something. Your Dad was a great guy! 🥲❤️

What a shock it was hearing that my young brother had passed.
I remember the day Don was born. He became a person that loved people and a good laugh. He was very musical and played the bass guitar in our group for a number of years. He was also very proficient on piano. I will miss having the phone calls and getting up to date on ALL the Ontario happenings.
Rose and Don were two peas in a pod which is a blessing.

So sorry to hear of Don’s passing. Don and Rose have been friends since teenagers. We bought our first hard top, pop up camping trailer with them, had lots of fun days, at the beach and camping. Don taught me a lot about maintaining a pool. Elaine sang in the group when it first started, and Don joined a little later. even with us moving around we would get caught up when we were able to get together. Jamie may remember going canoeing with portages and camping on an island with us and our daughter Tonya.
