Barbara Elizabeth Muma (née Conibear) passed away on Sunday, August 11th, 2024 in her 98th year in London, Ontario. Beloved wife of more than 50 years of Edward C. (Ted) Muma (predeceased 2003). Dear mother of David E. Muma (Deborah) of Brampton, ON, W. Paul Muma (Leslie-Anne) of Guelph, ON, and Katherine E. (Kit) Muma (Bruce Smith) of Perth, ON. Loving grandmother of Jonathan E. Muma and Karen Johnson of Calgary, AB, and Sarah J. Muma and Randy Schiller of Mississauga, ON. Also survived by her sister Marilyn K. Hart of London and family.
Cremation has taken place. A final private farewell to take place at Shagawig (family cottage) where Barb and Ted’s ashes will be spread on a rocky slope between the tall pine and ancient oak overlooking the lake. Together forever in the place they loved and enjoyed with family and friends, the land of the thunderbird, pileated woodpecker and loon.
