Many fond memories of “Mr and Mrs Crow” growing up as childhood friends and servers together at St. Paul’s with Christine. Sending hugs to all the family. XO
Lynn-my sympathy to you and your family during this very difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Our sincere and heartfelt condolences to family and friends of Mrs Crow. A beautiful woman whose company we enjoyed so much on the visits she and Mr Crow made to Brisbane, Australia.
May she RIP and may her family find comfort in their memories. Much love, Carol & Brian Gainsford & family (Brisbane)
Are thoughts are with the Crow family at this time of sorrow. We have many fond memories of time spent with Ann and Charlie. She was a wonderful, kind and fun lady to be with.

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ann out here in Australia over the years when Ann and Charlie came out to visit Christine , Glen, Mallory and Tyler. Ann’s company was second to none and she was blessed with a personality that made you think we had known her all her life. It was obvious to all she was a most loving mother, mother in law and grandmother. We are very grateful we had the privilege of meeting and getting to know Ann. Our thoughts are with all Ann’s family. Greg,Tracy,Brent and Kim Josephson

Mom’s Eulogy
On the 15th of November at 7:57pm
Ann……Mom……Nanna…..GG left us on earth, and heaven got a new Angel
Dad and Kate will be most proud to present her to her welcoming party in heaven surrounded by family and dear friends once again.
Mom was everyone’s friend as witnessed by all of you here today. Thank you from the bottom of our family’s hearts for all of your love and support especially as this day came as a big shock to us all.
Mom will be so happy and humbled that she has all of her family here and that all of you, her wonderful friends, came to see her off on her next big adventure.
Lynn and Shelley have already told dad that he has to share the Woodlands bed.
Mom had about 7 years on her own after dad’s passing. As her daughters we were proud of her managing on her own. She has cultivated many new friends, loved cards night with the old oak buddies and playing badminton with the huff n’ puffs until fairly recently
Amazingly at 87 Mom lived independently, has never had a fall and only went to hospital once.
The family knows the cute, adorably playful side of mom and we loved to tease her……
Mom could never remember the name of the huge rhinoceros beetles we have in Australia so she would just refer to them as those Zippy zappy things.
When Mason and Mallory were little Nanna temporarily lost both kids but don’t worry they are fine and here’s the story………
Mason was in the car with her when she was driving him home from Karate and she got very lost. Zigging when she should have zagged! Nanna was starting to get nervous but cute little Mason said from his car seat, it’s okay nanna I’m perfectly fine. They did finally find home and Mason was bribed not to tell his mother!
With Mallory it was a late afternoon walk through the neighbourhood. When mom knew she was lost she knocked on a stranger’s door and very politely asked the man to use the phone to call Glen. Luckily young Mallory knew her phone number! They were perfectly fine but the owner of the house likely had bikie gang ties according to Glen, the police Officer!
The family have shared many laughs reminiscing upon both events much to Nannas chagrin but she was always a good sport. Sorry Nanna we did tease you a lot, but we love you immensely.
Mom, remember it is Johnson the elephant NOT Thompson! That’s bit is from Brent
The whole family has been lucky to share some very memorable moments with mom and Nanna…..
Lynn has wonderful memories with Kate and mom frolicking in an impressive pumpkin patch followed by bear hugs with Nanna under a huge maple tree getting covered in colourful leaves and having a childlike but endearing moment together.
Mom was the first person who got to scoop Mason up at his birth and it was an instant bond
On the other hand naughty boy Tyler used to like to sneak up on his Nanna, even getting under her bed! calling out loudly “Nanna Crow” half scaring her to death! and she fell for it every time!
Boy, could mom ever belt out Peter Piper had a Peck of Pickled peppers! so fast! So perfect! Mom’s talent certainly impressed us girls growing up.
Yes mother dearest!. we 3 girls promise not to bicker! and we will stay close despite the distances between us. And we WILL party together somewhere sometime soon in your honour.
Your family thanks you for always being there, for your motherly and Nanna advice, your continual support despite the distance between us and shaping us into the women and men we are today. Nanna, thank you for allowing me to smother you in kisses and embrace you in one last warm Nanna cuddle in your last moments here on earth. That moment will stay with me forever in time.
Christine and Shelley want to make special mention of our other Angel – our sister Lynn, who unselfishly visited mom every month, rang her regularly, brought her flowers for the balcony, took her out to play with goats and eat cheese and just did whatever it took to love and support her when distance meant we couldn’t be there. Mom often agreed with all of us saying “thank god for Lynn being here.” We want you to know sis, just how much we love and appreciate you always being there for mom on our behalf.
And, just for you Mom we will be requesting your first meal to be your favourite Moreton Bay Bugs and creamy garlic prawn risotto washed down with a crisp glass of Clare Valley Pinot Gris and new season sweet mangos for dessert I can see the excitement on your face whist you say “I can’t wait”!
Mom has the necessary provisions with her to participate in one last happy cheers to her wonderful self ! We say farewell until we meet again in heaven to Ann Theresa Crow our dearest friend….cherished Mother…. A wonderful sister and the bestest Nanna, Aunty and GG we could possibly have.
We all Love you!………,.to the Moon and back! So so much. Rest in peace beautiful lady…..our favourite human
