BROCKELSCHEN…..
Peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, December 27th, 2006 at the London Health Sciences Centre – Victoria Hospital, London, Valerie Irene (Morpurgo) Brockelschen of London in her 74th year. Beloved wife of William A. Brockelschen. Sadly missed by her parents, loving family, grandchildren and great-grandchild. Cremation. A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, December 30th, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 371 King Street, London ON N6B 1S4.

We are so sorry in our household that Val is no longer with us. My three children were deeply saddened when I told them the sad news. Val was one in a million….a heart of gold and a spirit which was always hopeful and cheery. Val, you will be greatly missed, and thank you for the tenderness and love which you so freely gave to my young children, it will never, ever be forgotten.

Its not goodbye grandma its see you later. You were the most amazing grandma 2 little girls of the west ever had. I can remember all the times we shared as a family while you were here with us. You were fun and always made me laugh with your crazy laugh you were the ultimate Dj. Granny aas nadine jarod and I affectionately called you. I am sorry for not being able to be closer to you as an adult but those childhood memories are the best ines that I have because of you we know were we came from and I was always prooud to be apart of you. My heart felt condolences,Valerie was indeed a very special lady,as a Woman,wife,mother,granmother and great granmother but most of all she was Val,with a smile on her face and mischief in her eyes she always had a joke to tell made you laugh till your tummy hurt.The kids always called her granma DJ,Val you will be welcomed with open arms and trumpets blaring.We will all miss her terrible.
