CURRIE, Lillian Edna…..

Passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London on Monday, September 5, 2022 in her 104th year.  Dear cousin of Don Currie and his wife Beatrice of London, the late Neil Currie and his wife Colleen of Waterford and Bill Hardy and wife Beverley of Point Edward. Cremation has taken place.  At Lillian’s request there will be no visitation, a graveside service will be held at Straffordville Cemetery , Straffordville, Ontario on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 2:00 pm . Memorial donations to Calvary United Church Memorial Fund or a charity of your choice, would be appreciated by the family.  A. Millard George Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.

    Lillian you were a lady of elegance and true class,a lady who knew what she wanted, you had more determination than anyone I knew. I will miss you my dear friend.

    It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of Lillian’s life through Royalcliffe, she was a beautiful soul and one strong woman. We will all miss you very much.

    Sincere condolences to the family. Lilian was very much part of our life until she and Aunt Hazel, my godmother, left Quebec for Ontario, many years ago.
