Dearest John and Siva,
My deepest condolences. Not even knowing your mother, reading the obituary feels like I knew her and how such a wonderful person she was to raise a family and son like you. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

My sincere sympathies on the passing of Margaret. I met them when Herb was an minister at Wesley-Knox United Church. He had been my husband’s high school teacher when they all resided in Toronto and so it was extra special for them to reconnect. Margaret was such a warm and welcoming lady with that beautiful smile, and years later whenever I would see Margaret we always had a great conversation about
their time at Wesley-Knox. May her memory be a blessing for you all.
My condolennces to Margaret’s family. I always enjoyed my visits with Marg when delivering a pointsetta or Easter Lily on behalf of Wesley Knox UCW. She was proud of her children and grandchildren and kept me up to date on the latest family happenings. Marg was so good to send a little note of appreciation after these visits. I’m sorry those visits were limited he last couple of years. She will be fondly remembered.
So sorry to hear of Mrs. Wonfor’s loss. I had the good fortune of meeting her on several occasions, and remember fondly when she and her husband, Herb, wanted to come to meet me and my parents when John and I had announced our world walkabout, to make sure John was travelling with a responsible human being. My parents were impressed. I am sure she will be sorely missed. Heartfelt condolences to John and Siva, all John’s siblings, and all those who loved her.
Dear Siva
Please accept my deepest condolences on the sad demise of Mrs Margaret Wonfor. May the holy soul rest in eternal peace and May God give you the courage to bear the loss….in grief with you.
We will miss Margaret very much — a most classy lady. She certainly lived a full life and everyone enjoyed her company. We were pleased to donate to Mission & Services in her name!
What a lovely photo of Marg! Her warmth, grace and compassion radiates. And what a wonderful life and ministry she and Herb shared. They preceded me at Bedford United Church in Windsor and we shared great stories of our respective ministries there. Deep peace to the Wonfor family and closest friends as you grieve, and as you celebrate a life well lived.
