My sympathy to “Little Betty’s” family. I knew her when I was Chaplain at Glendale Crossing. She always had a smile on her face, a kind and caring heart. Betty’s eyes would light up when she heard music and she loved to sing along. She was always game for trying new things and enjoyed them all. The world could use many more Betty’s. I will keep you in my prayers. Chaplain Maureen
Susan and Ann-Marie my sincere condolences on the passing of your mom. Over the many years I always enjoyed my visits with her and loved to share in her stories of her family both here in Canada in back home. I missed our visits when she moved to Glendale and only saw her a few times when I visited my mother in law. She was a great lady and I will continue to miss her.
I am so sorry for the loss of Betty. I haven’t seen her in a very long time but I will always remember as a very warm, giving, and cheerful woman with a great sense of humour. I hope your life long memories of her will help you all through this very difficult time.
My sincere condolences on the passing of your mom Ann-Marie. I hope your memories of her will help you and your family through this difficult time. I know and feel what your going through Ann-Marie. Take Care.
My deepest condolences Ann-Marie and family. Thinking of all of you at this time.
It is with great sadness that we heard if Betty’s passing. She was a true friend to Bev in particular when we landed in Lakeside: full of warmth, generosity and kindness. She was so full of fun and energy and we enjoyed many a trip to the malls together. She introduced us to ‘Tims’ and particularly to cinnamon bagels with cream cheese. Always time for a cup of tea and a chat with Betty’s! Every year at this time the Christmas table runner that she gave us reminds us of her generous spirit. Our thoughts are with you all.
So sorry to learn of Betty’s passing. We have so many memories of times spent with her, Leslie and our parents. Sincere sympathy
