Obituary
MAYER, Randall…
Unexpectedly at her residence, on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, Randall Mayer, of London, in her 36th year. Cherished mother of Clara and Kimberley. Loving daughter of Laine Mayer and David Malek. Dear sister of Merissa. Randall is remembered for being a social butterfly – she never met a stranger. She loved makeup, fashion and never left the house without looking her best. We remember her bright and beautiful smile, her interest in art and paintings the work of Salvador Dali a favorite. She also loved reading books and poetry; Lewis Carroll and Shel Silverstein for examples. Her spirit and memory lives on with her two daughters. We hope she is resting and at peace, waiting for us to meet again. “In the garden of memory, in the palace of dreams… that is where you and I shall meet.” – The Mad Hatter, “Alice Through the Looking Glass” by Lewis Carroll. Donations in memory of Randall may be made to London InterCommunity Health Centre, 659 Dundas Street, London, ON N5W 2Z1. Dear Laine. I just learned of Randells passing. My heart reaches out for you and your family.i can not fathom the hurt you are feeling. Please know my prayers are with you. Judy Sherret ??
I’m so saddened to hear of her passing. I knew her when we were children and we lost contact once we became teens. I remember her bright spirit and how she was always full of laughs. We always seemed to run into each other at various camps or once at church as kids. Every time we ran into each other it was like no time had passed. I remember her laughter and kindness.
I will always remember her warm sunny energy and be grateful for the wonderful memories we shared. My deepest condolences to her loved ones and family.
I was shocked to hear of Randall’s passing today and although I’m still in shock. I thought I should say something. RAndall was a kind person who had helped me several times when I was at my lowest. Never once did she turn me away when I needed her and that is the mark of a special person. I and I’m seriously. Many others will miss her terribly. My heart goes out to her little ones whom she always talked about and or was looking for a special gift to bring them. She will be missed by all who knew her and is testament that good things do indeed come in small packages.
