KAMINSKA, Lesley…….

Suddenly and unexpectedly, on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Victoria Hospital, London, Lesley passed away in her 74th year.

Much loved sister of Wendy Henderson (Jim Wright). Cherished aunt of Kristen Henderson-Love (Gary Love), Kara Henderson (Jeff Mann), Lindsay Henderson, and Matthew Henderson (Sandra Henderson). Adored Great Aunt of Logan (Alannah), Brandon, Payton, Madison, Austin (Tempest), Cade, Teagan, and Ethan. Proud Great Great Aunt to Amaya. Predeceased by her father Roy Kaminska, her mother Audrey Salisbury, and her step-father Gerald Salisbury.

Lesley’s pride and joy was her dog Maggie. In her younger years she enjoyed doing ceramics and stained glass, making special gifts for family and friends. In recent years, she was happiest at home with Maggie, doing diamond paintings, and playing games on her iPad. She worked at Northern Telecom for 26 years, up until they closed. She has spent the last 25 years working the overnight shift at Tim Horton’s. She worked right up until going into hospital, which was quite impressive given her age.

She will be missed dearly by her family, friends, co-workers and the many customers she served over the years. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Monday July 26th, 2021 at A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Please call the funeral home between 9am-5pm (519-433-5184) to reserve your spot for the visitation. As per the directive of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, a limited number of people can attend. All those attending the funeral home are required to wear masks and follow COVID-19 protocols.
