SAUNDERS, Diana….

Diana Saunders, (nee Potter) age 70, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Victoria Hospital in London, Ontario.  Cherished wife of Joseph “Joe” Saunders for 49 years.  Dear mother of David Saunders (Mona) and Cathy Grand (James).  Loving grandmother of Katelyn, Mackenzie, Shelby, Joseph, Addison and Avery.  Dear sister of Gerald Potter (Linda) and Steve Potter.  Predeceased by her parents Wilfred and Lillian Potter.  Diana will be missed by her niece, nephew, Shelly, Tina, their respective families and many friends.

After marrying the love of her life and starting a family, Diana balanced her career with raising children.  Diana was a devoted, attentive and caring wife.  Diana was also dedicated to being a wonderful mother and excelled at supporting her family through both their successes and challenges.  Her true passion shone though when she became a grandmother.  Diana absolutely adored her grandchildren and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them.  When Diana wasn’t filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found playing Bingo, cards or shuffleboard.  Diana also enjoyed reading, attending concerts and travelling.

A private family funeral service will be held with cremation to follow.  Arrangements entrusted with A.
