Dear Marg, it saddened me to read about your passing. I enjoyed the years that we worked together not only at the Medical Centre but when I first met you in the hospital setting. The smile that you are wearing in this photo with Mark is a smile I will always remember. You were kind, hard worker, a good friend and an absolutely fabulous nurse. May Mark and Wendy find peace in remembering the wonderful person you were. Respectfully Esther Graham

Ran into Marg last summer I think. We had a lovely chat. She still had that sparkle in her eyes. She was a great colleague and mentor to me. I have only happy memories. She loved you guys. Wonderful.

My name is Shannon. I am the youngest daughter of Howard Woodman. Marg and my Dad, Howard, were close friends for many, many years. A friendship stemming back before my birth.
Dad and Marg had something that was a truly rare find and that was a friendship and bond that withstood the test of time, continuing through life’s many ups and downs.
It was inspiring to me as loyalty seems to be so rare.
Dad truly cared for her well-being and enjoyed the time he spent with her as they enjoyed many cultural and sporting events together and the simple moments of talking over a coffee.
I met Marg a few times and she was always so gentle and kind toward me. She bought me a beautiful light blue, ceramic trinket box from the UK and I still have it. I think of her whenever I look at it.
Dad often spoke of the immense amounts of volunteer work that she did and her heart for people.
She was admired.
My heart is heavy tonight as I have just found out about her passing. (July 1st, 2020)
I am extending a humble and sincere heart of sympathy and condolence to all of Marg’s family, friends and all that her caring spirit touched.
Earth’s loss is indeed heaven’s gain.
I am truly grateful for the light that she put into the world during her time here.
I will always remember her. <3
