Dear Jayden, Dallas and family,
We were shocked and deeply saddened by Bill’s passing . He was a cherished member of Carol St and will be sincerely missed .
Our thoughts are with all of you .
My heart is heavy with this news. I have years of fond memories of Bill. Sitting in the dressing room with his “laptop” (tattered old notebook), keeping track of years worth of attendance records…sharing so much interesting knowledge with us…he was a walking encyclopedia. One of the kindest, most gentle men I ever had the privilege of calling my friend.
Bill has been a great friend since elementary school. A true gentleman, forthright, intelligent and caring. He will be greatly missed
Dallas and Jayden: I am so very sorry for your loss. Your dad was a dear, long time friend of my late husband, Bill Marlow. Your Bill was one of ‘the Boys’ of Sunnylea- my Bill spoke to your dad yearly, if not more. He alway marvelled at his intelligence, curiosity, and passion in his convictions. Catching up with ‘Gow’ on ‘big birthday’ trips to Ontario was always a highlight. Take comfort in knowing your dad was a great friend.

So sorry to hear about this sad and sudden loss to your family. My thoughts are with you.
Dallas, Jayden & families,
I worked with your Dad at Community Living St. Marys and Area for many years. He always had great stories, interesting topics to discuss & a wonderful sense of humour. His family was his pride and joy. Please accept my condolences. You are all in my thoughts.
So sorry for your loss Dallas, Jayden and families! I worked with your Dad at Community Living St. Marys for many years and I have so many fond memories of him. There was always laughter involved. He was so generous to come back and help us not that long ago in making some videos about the history of the agency.
Deepest sympathies on the passing of Bill. He was a pillar and staple of my childhood and our neighborhood. I’ll never forget him.
Best wishes,
Chris
I met Bill on the school bus in grade seven, and by chance our paths have crossed numerous times since.
We both attended Royal York Collegiate in Etobicoke, where Bill joined and helped to establish a new high school fraternity. Next we both attended and enjoyed our years at Huron College in London.
Bill contributed in a small way to my successful romancing of Nancy, my future wife. While at Huron he owned an old Triumph TR3 which I thought was wonderful. Out of the blue Bill kindly offered to lend me his car so that I could take Nancy on a mini tour of SW Ontario. The trip was great fun, and I’m sure my prospects with Nancy were advanced by that adventure. Thank you Bill. Just one of the many kindnesses I received from you, and observed you giving to so many others. I will miss our talks on the telephone.
