Obituary
FORDE, Joseph “Joe” …
Peacefully with family by his side on Friday, September 20th, 2019 in his 78th year. Beloved husband to Merial Forde for 49 years. Cherished Dad to Joanna Forde and Michelle Forde (Stephen). Predeceased by his mother Ermie (1988). He will be deeply missed by the Archer family and his 7 siblings. Joe was a highly-skilled craftsman who loved all things mechanical. His creativity extended into his passion for music, fine automobiles and nurturing his garden. Appropriately, the date of his passing coincided with the Toronto Stock Exchange reaching an all-time high. In lieu of flowers, Joe would have appreciated donations to the charities he supported: Anova London, 255 Horton Street East 3rd Floor London, ON N6B 1L1; The London Regional Cancer Program, London Health Sciences Centre 747 Baseline Road East, London, ON N6C 2R6. Friends will be received by the family from 12 -1 pm on Friday, September 27th, 2019 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. A service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 1 pm. Cremation has taken place. Online condolences, memories and photographs will be shared at www.amgfh.com
