The Shillington Family
Howard also known as Poppa to me and my children. You was truly a great man and will be sadly missed.
I am sorry I can not be there for the funeral but flights just didn’t cooperate.
My sincere sympathy to family and friends of Brother Howard. I was a Grand Officer with Sis. Bunny in ’80-81 Many happy times were spent as we travelled the province and beyond.
Love, Joyce
My sincere condolences to Bernice for her loss. My father was a very private man all his life and I would like to say that I am truly glad that she was able to share his remaining years after the loss of my stepmother, Bernadette (Bunny). My father was predeceased by his first wife, Marjorie (my mother) 2009, his sister, Muriel in 1982 and my older sister, Louise, in 1983. Dad has left behind four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren! My family would like to acknowledge the sad loss of Dad, send sympathy to Bernice and pay tribute to his descendants.

Our deepest condolences for the loss of Howard. He lived life to the fullest and was surrounded by many who respected and cared deeply for him.
Have fond memories of my Dad (Robert Smith) always talking about Howard. They were cousins but looked so much alike they could pass as brothers. My condolences to the Hazzard Family and to Bernice who was also a wonderful friend to my parents too. Sorry for the late condolence. Heather Stubbings.
