Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospice, London, Jean Betts passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019. Beloved wife of the late John “Jack” Betts (2004). Loving mother of Tammie Betts. Cherished sister of Freda Beckel. Much loved aunt of Gregg Beckel and Sharron Thatcher (Bill). Dear great aunt of Kelly Laderoute (Matt) and Ashley Malone (Dallas) and great-great aunt of Grayson, Camden, Isla and Mila. Close cousin of Una Flood. Predeceased by her brothers-in-law John Beckel and Harold Betts. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London on Friday, September 20, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and on Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 12-1 pm where the memorial service will follow at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment in Woodland Cemetery, London at a later date.
