Evelyn, I’m so sorry dear. I remember Gerry as a man with a wonderful twinkle in his eye, and big smile on his face. The way he looked at you. Know dear cousin you are in my thoughts and prayers.
My life is richer for having known you Gerry! It was my absolute privilege to have provided care for you these last weeks. You welcomed us into your home with a smile each day. You have a beautiful wife and family (and of course Keta) who will miss you terribly. Safe journey my new friend, I will miss your witty humour…RIP
I was sad to hear of Gerry’s passing. Although his family doesn’t know me, I wanted to pass on some of my memories of him. I met Gerry 15 years ago, working with him for three years. I have fond memories of his professionalism, sense of humour, and passion for life, and some great shared experiences (scoring some “double pars” on the golf course together, shooting sporting clays together during a trip to Calgary, and our shared affinity for the french onion soup/steak/creme brulee combo at a London restaurant). It was a pleasure for me to get to know him. May he rest in peace.
Dear Evelyn and family
I was saddened to read of Gerald’s passing. My thoughts are with you during this very difficult time. XO

I am truly sorry for the loss of your father. Even though I never met him I can see you in his eyes. And his smile. He will always be with you and your family. I’m here if you need anything.
