Ron was a great horseman. Condolences to his family.
Always enjoyed visiting with Ron at the track, listening to his stories.
Our thoughts & prayers are with the family .
So sorry to hear about your dad passing Gary. My prayers are with your family.
My deepest condolences to you and your family! Such a kind man. I loved his grey horses! Beautiful.
Ron was a very special uncle and such a big presence on the family farm. I will miss looking out the sliding glass door at mom and dad’s watching Ron training another winner on the race track. I will miss seeing him at night in mom and dad’s backyard coaxing a couple of stray cows back into the pasture. And yes I will miss seeing Ron the next morning walking the fence line making a few repairs.
“In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.”

I remember racing against Ron in the Armbro Captain years. What a pleasant person to talk to in the paddock. Great trotting man.
We will remember Uncle Ron as a person who lived his passions. Farming, horses, hunting and fishing. He has left us a legacy of perseverance and commitment.
Thank you Uncle Ron.
Our sincere condolences to the family.
My deepest condolences to the Topping family!
I remember playing hockey with Ron on the old WESTMOUNT hockey team that played in the now defunct South Middlesex Hockey League back in the late ‘50’s-early 60’s!…(i.e team sponsor was Eastwood Variety of Kensall Park)………Ron was a smooth skater ands despite his small size, had a knack for scoring goals!………..May Ron R.I.P.!
My deepest condolences to family and friends. My apologies this comes so late.
I loved hanging out at the farm growing up. I will always remember Ronnie riding harness, and at the barn working. I will remember him with respect and admiration. I will also never forget him naming Bossy’s calf after me. Yes always a jokester.
