Middleton, John Lindsay….

Passed away peacefully at Chelsey Park Long Term Care, on Saturday, March 9, 2019, at the age of 67. Cousin and good friend to Wendy Cakarnis (John), Wayne Morrison (Christine), and Janet Jeffery (David). Survived by his brother Doug (Mike), his sister Alicia (Ric), and stepsons Cameron and Graham Stephenson (Janna). Predeceased by parents Alicia and Doug Middleton. Special thanks to nurses and PSWs at Chelsey Park and the Dialysis Centre at Victoria Hospital. Friends and family will be received from 12-1 pm on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 1 pm. Cremation has taken place and there will be a private interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto.
