Our condolences to Colleen and the rest of your family on the loss of your beloved grandfather.
Deepest condolences to the whole family.
My condolences and thoughts are with the Bourke Family at this time.
Jim “Grandpa” Driver was a wonderful man who I had the pleasure of getting to know, enjoying Sunday Dinners and celebrating family events with. He had the biggest heart and loved to share his knowledge and wonderful stories … he will truly be missed!!
My condolences in the loss of James Driver. I worked with Jim at Dowling Detachment in the late 60’s (before he went to the Police College) and he was not only my boss but a friend who was respected by his staff and those residents whom he served. Norm McIntosh
Our condolences go out to the Bourke family. Jim worked with my father Bud Knight for many years at OPC. I remember Jim quite well. He was truly a professional.
Jim (“Mr. Driver”) was my first chief instructor at OPC. He was very kind and understanding about my getting back into work force after 20-year absence. More recently, at Jim’s request, I typed his life story, so interesting. Always a true gentleman. Sorry to the family for the loss of your father/grandfather.
My sympathy to Jim’s family.I met Jim when he was an Instructor at The Ont Police College. I enjoyed visiting with him the Officer’s Mess He sponsored my membership in Vimy Legion where he was very active, Also interesting to hear about his collection of medals. He will be missed. May he rest in Peace
