COOPER, Nellie….

Peacefully at Extendicare, London on Monday, October 15, 2018, Nellie Cooper in her 83rd year. Beloved mother of Judy Myers (late Wade) of Nanaimo, BC. Cherished grandmother of 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Jean Cooper, Allin Sharp and Verne Johnson. Predeceased by her parents Cecil and Annie Cooper, her sisters Muriel Archer, Betty Johnson, Nettie Sharp, Ila Byerlay and brother Tom Cooper and by her son Chris DeMeester. Nellie was a fun-loving person, there was always laughter when she was around. She worked for Tim Hortons for over 15 years and was well-respected by her co-workers and patrons. For the past several years of her life she loved her home on Commissioners Road with her cat Katie. Nellie was very dedicated and loyal to her family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Extendicare for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 11am, at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 2001 Dundas Street, London (Please meet at cemetery office).
