how I remember her. Donna(Scott)
I was shocked and saddened to learn of Pat’s passing. I had the pleasure of knowing Pat when she worked at UWO. I had recently returned to university when I met her. She was helpful and pleasant and always did so with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. We quickly became friends and we remained friends after I graduated and she retired. Indeed, it was just a few short weeks ago that we were talking on the phone, reminiscing and sharing stories.
Her crafting talents were well known and, fortunately for me, I became the recipient of her generosity. Each year I remember Pat as I carefully unwrap the Christmas ornaments she created for me. Next Christmas will be bitter sweet as I remember my friend.
May your memories help you through this difficult time.
My sincere condolences to Pat’s family.
I worked with Pat for a number of years at UWO with Graphic Services. Pat was always so good with all the staff and students and well loved by so many people on campus. She often brought in baking and her wonderful crafted items. I love all the items she’s given me. I also treasure a picture she took in St. Lucia when she and her mom went there. Pat will be well remembered for her efficiency, sense of humour, generosity, kindness and compassion. I’m sure her many wonderful qualities are continuing on in the lives of her family members that are missing her now. May your memories bring you comfort.
Remembering Pat with her kindness to our son and Dan when we lived in Arva. Our condolences to Dan and Cindy.
