My dad and Max were good friends when you were posted in Thamesford. I remember ‘play dates’ (we didn’t call them that back then) at you house and how friendly and pleasant your mom always was to me. I am sorry for you loss.
Our sincerest sympathy for the loss of your Mother. She is remembered fondly by all who knew her here.
A donation will be made to St. James Memorial Fund in her memory.
My husband Greg and I and our boys Brendan and Jake lived across the street from Flora (and Max) in Simcoe for many years until she moved to London. She was a beautiful, intelligent, kind and thoughtful woman. We are very sad to hear of her passing and we miss both she and Max dearly. Please accept our sincere condolences. – Greg and Michelle Walton and family.

Flora and I shared a special friendship for 43 years. We met while nursing in Simcoe and forged a special bond, and made many lasting memories. She is an inspiration to me and I will miss her greatly.
Dear Mary, Richard, Pat and families,
May you find comfort in fond memories of your mother. She was a wonderful lady, full of life, adventure and had a deep caring heart. Your mother and Norma, my mother were dear friends for over 70 years. It was always special and fun when they got together or just chatted on the phone.
So sorry to hear of Flora’s passing.
She was a good friend. We had many laughs, shopping and quilting together. I loved her little chuckle. She was a real lady!
The four of us played bridge at one anothers’ homes. I have been to Vienna with your Mother to visit Max. I’ll visit them again.
