AVERY, Stella….

Surrounded by family at Victoria Hospital, London, on Monday, August 28, 2017. Stella (Baker, Stanford) Avery in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Herb Stanford (1990) and the late Elias Avery (2009). Loving mother of Danny Stanford (Pauline), Peggy Bowers and Linda Carpenter (Chris Caughlan). Cherished Nan of Alison and Christopher Stanford, Lisa and Robert Stanford, and Matthew Carpenter and soon to be great-granddaughter Violet Stella Stanford. Predeceased by her sisters Ethel Royal and Josephine Joy. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family from 10-11am, on Friday, September 8, 2017 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, where the memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11am. Interment in Hillview, Newfoundland. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, 55 St Clair Avenue West, Suite 300, Toronto, ON M4V 2Y7.     to my aunt family my prayer are with you .she was a great person dhe was marrued to my mom’s brother.i wish i has know she was in london i was there fir a week in june would have love to see her.the last time i saw her was in toronto.on oakwood and st clair.i visit all the time .will miss her love peggy
